I just looked for a bit but nothing popping up who the new voice is; only thing that gave any hint was somebody mentioning "Baker" which I'd speculate being Troy Baker.

Given that this would take place in the '80s, it would make sense for Richard Doyle at that point taking over but that wasn't Doyle. Could be a place holder but even so, Vic Boss still looks the same (Ocelot looks older for some reason) so things are not adding up (especially Kojima/Konami/KP/whoever apparently not telling Hayter about this, unless something else is at hand). Supposedly this will be revealed in a Geoff Knightly interview but as of now it hasn't been released.

Sounds like Troy Baker to me as well, at least that's what I thought when I watched it. Considering how much work he does with the usual suspects in regards to the voice production it wouldn't surpise me one bit.

But that adds me a further question. There has to be more to not using Hayter than seems obvious.

The voice narrating at the end of the trailer is probably Troy Baker's and I'm guessing his voicing Miller.

Big Boss sound like Troy Baker, Ishmael guy is voiced by Kiefer Sutherland and the voice at the end with "Diamond dogs..our new home" is Robin Atkin Downes as Miller.
