      Steam is awesome and probably the best thing to happen to PC gaming. As long as physical releases are still possible I see no issue with it.

        YES. and we still have GOG, GMG, Origin, Nuuvem and fullgames(for brazil only), Amazon Digital downloads...

        and people complains about can play on offline mode, thats ok, but now its the world tendency.

          Sorry allow me to elaborate, once upon a time before the internet ruined gaming, you used to be able to buy a game and then that game was your own no questions asked. You could play it as much as you like, and lend it to who the hell you wanted. With DRM and Steam such simple things are no longer possible, the corporation give you a file, and the corporation reserve the right to also take it away from you. I bought Half life 2 when it was brand new and that was the beginning of the end for me when they invented Steam! No thanks I may be old fashioned but give me games that are password and user free any day!
