Mass Effect 1 and 2: "Space Truckin'" by Deep Purple
Mass Effect 3: "Everything Sucks" by Reel Big Fish, just the title's fitting enough

While The Silent Comendy's Bartholomew fits like a glove with Dark Souls, I'd say "I Know How To Die" by Motörhead goes really well with it too.
