Hmmm, so your girlfriend's a hottie, eh? How about a photo? I'm sure she wont mind having her photo put up on the internet. Just tell her it's the hip thing to do nowadays, all the girls are doing it... (I'm just kidding, man)
btw, that would be a cool 'members only' thread: 'Pics of girls I've had'

Nope, it wasn't VJ, I've got that on my ps2 but I wasn't very impressed with that either. It was 2 games 'even less' appealing...
Don't get me wrong, I love cartoons and some cartoon games are great. I like the ones that have a cool style and a good sense of humour. I loved the Jak series, Ratchet & Clank, Beyond Good & Evil, CTR, Katamari, Under the Skin (I could go on & on...) hell, I even enjoyed Astro Boy! Fighters like Rival Schools, Marvel vs Capcom, 1st person shooters like Killer 7 & XIII were good...
But when the games revolve around some gay dude, bouncing about collecting coins or whatever, it just dosn't do it for me. I could enjoy them back in the days of the SNES but not any more. I don't want to offend anyone here but I may as well come out and say it: I HATE Mario (okay, I liked Mario Karts), I HATE Sonic and I'm no fan of Link's either! (although I recognize they have made some good Zelda games... I'm just not interested. What the hell was Link doing in Soul Calibur?! I'm glad I didn't get the GC version).
...This used to be a Clock Tower thread

No need for apologies, Miss Sin. I'm a serial offender when it comes to wandering off topic. I just thought it was funny...
I'm not sure about a next gen Clock Tower. I think I read rumors of it... It wouldn't surprise me, because publishers seem to prefer to make sequels to established franchises than start new ones.

The Chopin music in that one stage of CT3 was bad ass and I can remember how happy I was for finding the original artist and song it belonged to. I really liked the defenselessness of the CT series, but CT3 kinda over did it with the magical bow and arrow get up. The it felt like playing RE3 since the baddies keep stalking you from room to room, but more intense since you can't defend yourself until the end... You can only hide and hope you don't get caught... Awesome stuff!!

I bought and played through Clock Tower 3 recently. It was kind of annoying.
I played the old SNES Clock Tower 1, and then the next one for PS1. I never finished Clock Tower 2 (the one with the creepy little doll girl) for the PS1.
Clock Tower 3 didn't have much of anything in common with the others with the story did it? That Danny kid or whoever he was, he was unbelievably annoying. I should have checked to see if there was an option for Japanese voices with subtitles or something, so many things looked very odd in the acting in the movies. Right after I rescued that dork from the twins, he sits where he was tied up and starts kicking his feet in the air and doing the worlds most annoying giggle. I wished that big blade would have killed him.
The boss of this game wasn't hard. I beat him the first time I fought him, and didn't use a single special arrow. I didn't use a single special arrow throughout the game. I couldn't figure out how to switch the 2 arrows, and the ones I was already stuck with didn't do crap, so I didn't have any use for them. That last boss wasn't a long battle either. I just kept hitting him with arrows and he was dead in about 1/2 an hour. He doesn't give you enough time to charge up a binding arrow. The first 10 minutes I didn't even move a step, I just hit him with slightly charged arrows and that made him fall back a little. Once his health was half gone he started making those puddles appear so I was forced to move. But he was easy. The only boss I had trouble with was the first one with the hammer. He kept doing that stupid attack where he would hit the ground, and no matter how far away I ran it still hurt me. That scissorguy was the easiest, he died in less than 2 minutes. The second the fight started I nailed him with a fully charged arrow and another, then used that special arrow attack that took about half his health. Then I hit him with the charged ones again and the special a second time. I couldn't believe how easy that was. I must have got lucky.
The acting really bugs me in this game though. I can't think of a character I've hated more in a game than that Danny guy.
