Played it for another hour today, to be honest it really does need alot of work, as it seems that Tortuge is all thats in the beta, unless im missing something.
Either way, im level 8 Cimmerian Barbarian, and recent item drops from "Brutal Pirates" bear level 7 equipment so i've updated everything besides my chest armor and sold the multiple drops for currency for later purchases.

The side quests so far haven't been particularly epic, mostly find and collect item missions which don't require too much though.

Will level up to 10 before I attempt the destiny missions *from the nighttime- single player campaign*

may 24th I think.
I think the release will be pretty horrendous though, the game still needs ALOT of work, and besides the fact its Conan, hasn't been all that impressive.

From what I've heard, there's already a game-fixing patch in the private beta. Public beta has yet to get it, but it makes the game run a whole lot better. Either way, I'll likely pick this up. I've been wanting an MMO to play. Hellgate was kinda meh after a while, and I never really had anyone to play WoW with.

Oh, so the beta was unpatched, but if it was, the game would play better. Why didn't they include the patch? (or is it the one that took another 4GB of downloading?)

For 2 days they pretty much unlocked everything on the beta and the game was a much better experience, however I was gone for a day or two during that time so I couldn't take advantage of the level 12->20 skip but it might still be available come release.

Not sure if i'll keep up with the game though, might take up WoW instead.
