A small update was released that seems to have fixed some game features. I was playing online earlier this evening and the server difficulty must of been set to the max. Me and the three others I was playing with were getting mauled in the subway. I really enjoy how your playing and then all of all sudden your surround by a horde of zombies. Another very nice touch is how item and enemy respawns are random. One play through we were attack by a tank in the subway while on other play throughs witches filled the subway. This game really focuses on teamwork so your pretty much done for if you don't stick with your teammates.

If you're getting tired of the demo, 3rd person mode is a fun way to mix it up.
Just type "sv_cheats 1" then "thirdpersonshoulder" in console. This only works in singleplayer unless the server host has cheats enabled.

Here is a video I recorded. It's on easy mode so it's very tame and the zombies go down instantly.

Your bullets go slightly to the right of the crosshair and there are some other minor graphical glitches, but it's still a lot of fun.

Just to let you know, you arent suppose to use vimeo for gaming (game play) videos, unless they never went through with that policy

Oh shit, that's a pretty nifty feature. Kinda makes me wish I had pre-ordered it for PC instead of the 360, but hopefully there's a button-mapped code for third person mode in the 360 release

Played another round this evening and joined a game where the players made there own type of gameplay. Started out as a deathmatch and the last man standing would see if he could make it the whole way through the subway on the hardest difficulty.

Probably later in the day, knowing Valve. I'd estimate about 3pm EST based on past experience (TF2 content, Orange Box access etc) but i may be wrong.

I just hope it runs adequately on my slightly dated machine... I've got minimum requirements so it should be ok. I don't mind not having perfect framerate provided i can play with my buddies on release day.
