If I got edited for posting a link for it before *despite insisting Itunes was preferable* and warned , you're better off not posting the OST here to be honest.

EDIT: Live track of Chris Klines "Bionic Jam" www.youtube.com/watch?v=GUkvkA3Ijmo
Picked the studio version of the track on SumthingDigital earlier.
      Definitley worth your Dollar.

Carnivol would rather you didn't, so please don't. Like Dude said, he edited his post. I guess Carn wants to see the game (and all its properties) do well.

Well he managed to wrangle himself into moderator for the official board so I assume he'd be somewhat overzealous in his moderation duties on this board now too.

Try the demo first, also make sure you have a good PC if you want the PC port.
As i've had nothing but problems with the PC version since I downloaded it *slowdown and jaggies* despite well exceeding the requirements.

I'd reccomend the PSN version out of the two consoles.

Ahah. Well, I've always been a bit icky when it comes to certain things, and seeing Bionic Commando getting brought back to life is a true childhood dream coming true. Nemesis556 even remembered how I earlier ranted about how Capcom had to get going on the remake/sequel business and give the more Bionic Commando

There is no PC demo, though. And there are lots of little thingies to keep in mind before buying the PC version (really, make sure your hardware is up to it, especially the graphics card, as it must be Shader Model 3.0 compatible).

Also, if you're a competitive gamer, I'd recommend the 360 version, as the scores on the leaderboards for both the levels and the challenge rooms (both regular and secret ones) at the moment are much higher on the 360 version.

Seems like the more casual crowd has landed on the PS3.

I was referring to the console demo.

I just purchased this on PSN after trying the demo. The soundtrack is really interesting. How different is the game to the original in terms of story and stuff - I noticed they use ROFL in their dialogue lol. I'm gonna try this on co-op tonight. And is the other multiplayer option like a deathmatch mode (I'm guessing in one of those 3D battle areas?)?

I played this last night after getting the demo for this and Braid. I must say that this game was quite amusing although the controls felt a little slow or unresponsive for me. Then again, it may have also been the 360's D-Pad :-\ It was fun, but I think I enjoyed playing the challenge levels more than the game itself.

I bought this game an hour ago or so, and I have to say that I'm amazed by how sharp and crisp the visuals look, as well as the catchy soundtrack which pays a wonderful homage to the era of 8-bit gaming. When I completed the first area, I was greeted with a delightful military jingle signifying my victory over the place. Awesome stuff.

I also checked out the trailer for the upcoming Bionic Commando, and it looks superb, with the swinging from building to building being very reminscient of the Spiderman games.
                        See you in hell.

Is that the Evolution trailer included with the game? I thought that was pretty amazing myself.

I'm ranked 23rd in the world for the challenge "With a Swirl". At least on the PS3 version

I must be well good at this Bionic Commando stuff.

Gametrailers put up this nice little feature showing the original vs Rearmed:

                              Part 1
                              Part 2

Also, Scream, what's your time on that one?

There are some pretty insane people playing on the 360 Leaderboards.
(some with records on certain challenges that makes me wonder how one earth they even managed to trim off those extra seconds.)

Actually I just checked and now I'm at 33. My time I think was 18 seconds or something (wasn't that great), the record is 16 seconds set by some Ryugo guy.

And yeah I know what you mean about those extra seconds, you have to wonder if someone is using non-legal means to get a realistic looking score
