playing J games on the PS3

Hard mods are the best from what I know. They are also the hardest to do. I have a DNS4 PRO SE chip in my PS2 and it is awesome! You can force all games into any video mode and can even choose quick load, which actually skips the PS2 intro files.

THE DUDE, you can buy replacement controller ports. They only cost around $15.

I'll probably have to do that then.
Both Player 1 and 2 don't seem to work, the controller either isn't receptive or when inserted will randomly access menu's or cursors will fly about menu screens etc.

Edit: BTW I always used Swap Magic discs, didn't trust hard mods and I don't have the hands or the patience to solder in modchips, the only game i'm interested in on the PS2 now is probably Yakuza 2 which i'll probably just get the PAL version of as its going for under £20.
