I'm in agreement. While the box isn't that important, it is still a representation of the item. I find the EU cover more aesthetically pleasing than the NA version.

Also, the very lucky blokes and birds get a terrific boxed set. I'm not usually one for the collector's editions, but this looks phenomenal:

And that's EU only? Damn....I would buy that in a heartbeat.

That EU box set looks very nice. I think I'll buy this when it comes out now. I'm not a big fan of QTE stuff and interactive movie-like games, but I did enjoy Fahrenheit, the box set looks very good and I enjoyed the demo I played at Eurogamer, so I think I'll get it. I'm one for giving new games/a new genre a chance. I used to say the same of FPS games.

It's nice that EU get the nice box set for once, though. It'll save me having to import it from the US.

I played a scene where the black haired cop guy goes to arrest someone accused of murder and he tries to crush him in a car compacter, and another one where you're in a shop and a robber comes in, and you have to talk him out of shooting anyone.

OPM gives HV a 9/10

Certainly there’s nothing quite like it on PS3, or indeed any other system. Put gaming conventions aside, go in with no expectations other than this is something new and massively good-looking, and you’ll be rewarded with a unique experience that lurches between genius and madness, manages to be genuinely emotional, and that you’ll be bursting to talk about with your friends.

9/10 is a great score, but I don't know how biased OPM is...so I'll be looking forward to some more reviews once they start pouring in. Don't want to read too much though, as I know very little about the game plot-wise thus far and want things to remain that way.

Damn, damn, damn. I'm seriously considering trying to import the EU CE. It just looks fantastic the more and more I look at it.

I do say that was definitley a brain fuck how it all come out of nowhere. But I do remember in regards to Cage and the rest of Quantic Dream, the game's development was rushed from Atari so they had to take a portion out of the game and just throw it in. I was fine with the supernatural stuff, but it definitley did throw all that into your face in that chapter in a blink of an eye. I am sure this time around it will all be fine

Cage commented on the atari forums about his disappointed about how the 3rd act was rushed, the point where you fall at the fun fair
his already said in numerous videos for HR that this won't be the case with this game now that HR is done it's time they got on with Omikron 2

Upcoming psychological thriller Heavy Rain won't be out until February 23. The game's demo is not scheduled until February 11. Today is February 5. So what, let's get the demo.

Sony has launched a website called "Precinct 52", an alternate reality game of sort. This ARG asks players to submit four pieces of evidence.

The four pieces of evidence are:

• Short cigarette (117b)
• Origami bird
• Coffee shop C (it says "diner")
• 117h (tyre tracks)

Be care about which coffee shop you pick as there are several, and you must submit the correct one to get the code. Likewise, the writing on the "tyre tracks" is difficult to read.

It's probably not going to bother anyone. That was how Fahrenheit worked as well. And no one is going to argue it's a niche title with appeal to only some people.
