Having previously played Indigo Prophecy aka Fahrenheit I think i'm going to love this game. Indigo Prophecy had the same dark feel to as the Silent Hill series and this game looks to continue on that. The game play also looks exactly like Indigo Prophecy, the way you press the buttons and everything to avoid given situations just like resident evil 4 if you will.
The company behind this also made Omikron: The Nomad Soul which featured David Bowie as the soundtrack another brilliant game that has more free roaming than GTA
I hope Kronos seeks the error of the ways and bring out Fear Effect 3: Inferno too I don't want it turning into a Duke Nukem case scenario and it getting shelved Forever.

This is one of the four games that makes me wanna get a PS3 (when it hits five the PS3 shall be mine, and then I'll have all three consoles. Mwuahahahahaaaaaaaa).

I love Farenheit/Indigo Prophecy, and it's one of the games I actually pull out on a yearly basis and replay. So this one has me greatly interested.

Nobody else? I should of guessed all you FPS drones on here wouldn't bother with a game that
contains a plot worthy of a best selling movie what with it's freemason and Illuminati influences.
Is it me or does his voice sound more English in the Farenheit / Indigo Prophecy game & the Heavy Rain tech demo than in this interview where sounds more french I wonder if he practices his pronunciation when recording lines for the games.

In Fahrenheit you did as well as moving the sticks to avoid different things collisions, enemies etc as well playing a guitar, even sex better than gta's hot coffee lol and choosing what you wanted to say to another character which impacted heavy on which way the story would go.
Darkmoon will tell you how hard going past the prison cells is
as well as doing the photo match up.
The granny thing scared the shit out my as well the way she turned I knew something was wrong with her the first time I saw her it's like the police woman in silent hill 1.

Yeah, Farenheit is certainly a great way to improve your reflexes. You have to be very, very fast or you get eaten by...well, just about anything. I highly recommend the title to anyone who fancies something a bit different.

And Heavy Rain looks equally awesome. Amazing. The French did something right.

I don't own a PS3 but I'm definately looking forward to this game! The animations and scripting for the "casting trailer" were immense, although the models have obviously improved since then as that model was no where near as nice as the character models theyre using currently.

Even based purely on graphics this game looks amazing, however, the gameplay looks to continue on the Fahrenheit path and should hopefully be just as fun. The scenario they described of having to sneak about the house of that killer and escape without him seeing you, or, having him see you or any other number of scenarios that can happen with that section (the choice being down to you and even one scenario where you kill the killer i read).

It's going to be fun, I just question if ill ever get to play it

Along with Metal Gear 4 this game is a big part of why I'm getting a PS3. I just need one more PS3 only title and I can convince my wife it's worth me grabbing one.

I want this game so bad now. I was a bit hesitant cause I heard the gameplay was like a QTE the whole time. But thanks for explaining it all very well Kevstah. I am definitely without a doubt gonna get this now. There is a copy up at my gamestore Ill go pick it up if it's still there.

Not heard much about Heavy Rain, though. I have no plans to buy a PS3 so i've not been following the development.
