Wow, crazy. In honor of Web of Shadows, that's a feature of pretty much every Spider-Man game ever.

Uuugghhh, this is what I was afraid of. I usually don't let reviews influence me buying a game or not but that review basically confirmed all my fears of this game -- button mashing gameplay, terrible voice-acting and a bad storyline.

I don't know if I'm gonna be picking it up...we'll see....

Besides, Terrible voice acting and bad storyline shouldn't be an issue among Resident Evil fans.

Was expecting that low a score to be honest.
ITs clear few people know how to make an interesting comic book game.
Whats so hard about a) getting the writers to make it and b) handing it off to a DECENT developer to make?
Why do you always have to throw stupid gimicks into it, OH WOW NY's TAKEN OVER BY DEMONS LOL, OH LOOK SPIDEY SYMBIOTE!!! :p
                Ugh.

Lol, the voice-acting part I wholeheartedly agree with...but bad storyline? C'mon.

They're not awful...but as the series goes along, especially after 3, the storylines tend to verge on the fail side of things. I think the Outbreaks are an exception but, then again, they're pretty much the same story as RE 2 and 3 without the hideous stalking tyrant monster.

Code Veronica and Four were, for my tastes, especially poor in terms of storyline.

Well we got to see what the other game sites say about the game before thinking it's crap I can understand that voice acting can be bad and the music but I caint understand they are complaning about the combat know years ago they were monening that there was not enoth combat and know they are saying it's a button massing man IGN just love to complane about the simples thing.

Well, I'm speaking strictly about RE4 and after.

And hey, IGN gave Web of Shadows a low mark, Gamespot gave it a high mark, so I think it's definitely worth checking out. I mean, one biased site said it's good, the other said it's bad. So it can go either way.

I think the game is awsome the Voice acting on spiderman is anoying the other voice actors are ok but apart from that the rest of the game is awsome the combat is great alot and I mean alot better than past spiderman games and game feel's easy at first but then were I am know it feel's so much harder wich it great most spiderman games were easy but this one start's off easy then gets harder.

Well, I just picked it up. Man, I had to pry myself away from the controller. It's an amazingly compelling game. I'm definitely gonna have fun with this one.

Well, I put the game on my Christmas list. It'll be nice to swing around Manhattan again, if nothing else.
