what game deserves a remake

with bionic commando getting a remake what games come to mind to you that deserves a remake?

to me double dragon deserves a remake even only for DL on XBL or PSN. not only that maybe a hand held remake of FF9...what thought i would say FFVII?

Silent Hill. The original. Well, not so much a remake as a graphical upgrade. I wouldn't want them to change the controls or gameplay style to what Silent Hill is now. But I'd definitely like to see that game with today's generation graphics.

And I don't know about a direct remake. But Double Dragon definitely deserves a comeback of some sort.

Definitely a remake of Final Fantasy 7. Also, I wouldn't mind seeing Dino Crisis have REmake like graphics.

Resident evil 2. Just wanted to get that over with. Double Dragon would be a good remake, maybe even Battletoads...hell yea. Personally I would just like Mortal Kombat to make a good game, maybe remake the first one but it would have to be outstanding to make up for the lack of playable characters. I think the first two Silent Hill's should be remade, two of them because the second one's my fav and remaking two games should give konami a decent amount of time to think of a plot that doesn't suck for the next Silent Hill

Some games should never be remade because there's no way they can get any better. Final Fantasy 7 was one of them, and Silent Hill 2 is another one. That game is legendary and should not be touched. Silent Hill 4, now there's a game that could use a remake, simply so that this time it's not rushed and the endings are made to more of their full potential.


I'd like to see a remake of Comix Zone.

I would like a Re 2 or Zelda. The problem is, both games are perfect imo and trying to remake them and doing the original justice is hard. Resident Evil Remake is one of those rare games that game is better than the original and still keeps the original vibe and only changed minor plot elements. Metal Gear Solid did not have to be remake and for was almost a waste.

Yes, Zelda Ocarina of Time is another one that should be preserved exactly as is.

The MGS remake was more like a gift to those who bought a GameCube anyway. I mean, it was a good way to reintroduce Nintendo fans to MGS. At least it was better than porting it directly.

The battles against Big Boss(both), Grey Fox, and both Metal Gears NEED to be given justice.
Maybe rename the other bosses, though(Coward Duck, Machinegun Kid, The Arnolds...).

Actually, yeah, that would be the two games that I'd say deserve a remake the most. Fill in those plot holes too, like the fact that Solid Snake said that Big Boss admitted to being his father, when no such event occurred in MG2. I would also love to hear David Hayter's take on the voice of younger Snake.
