Eurpean servers got shafted, and so its impossible to log in because there are so many fucking Europeans.
Whilst the Americans get a lovely huge server, go make a US PSN and go on the US servers, never fails at all.

Great this all ways happen to us in Europeit this happen with MGO the sever crashed because there were so meany trying to log in at once the whole sever crashed I hope the sever comes back on soon I really want to try it out.

im playing home at the moment and damn im kicking ass in the pole game thing its the only fun there is well the quality of the game looks good and all but still i know its only a beta so there is not much to do but at least they chould do so we chould get some free stuff somewhere

I tried making an avatar that looked like me but that didn't turn out too good

My first "Home" experience basically went something like:

- Wandered around aimlessly
- Got bored and just decided to stand somewhere and do the robot
- Random person comes up and requests to be my friend
- Quits Home and rejects friend request.

Well I finaly got on Home its pritty good like the only problem I had with it was the lording from one room to another but apart from that the Home World alright I spent most of my times just hanging around the video screnes and daceing and other peole started to join it it was fun if anyone wishes to know my username it's wwe287 hhope to see some of you guys on the Home world soon.

Finally downloaded it and gave it a go.
I really quite liked it. I can see how many would just see it as a boring, pointless waste of time but I found it to be a pleasant change of pace from my usual horror, killing, death, fighting and driving activities...
It's very mellow and quite fun.
I spent a while making a sexy girl which may have been a mistake, because of all the young horny dudes on there. But the customization of the character creation is quite good (although, it could be better).
I hope the full game is a lot more ambitious. I'd like to see a lot more areas, larger areas and obviously, a lot more things to do. But I definitely think the game has a lot of potential.
It's been years since I've played any of those 'Sims' type games but 'Home' could be a good one. There needs to be LOTS and LOTS of stuff to make character's appearance and homes unique and keep people interested. Massive amounts of customization is the key, IMO. Otherwise the novelty will quickly wear off.

btw, I think I'm on the European servers. I noticed a lot of people speaking foreign languages (I'm in Australia).

Skunky, I advise you to avoid Home while you still have the option. The European servers are laden with foreigners with their backward languages and umlauts.

Bowling kinda sucks but the pool is okay. I still think the most fun just comes from clowning around and laughing at others doing the same.
I'm not sure what people who seem so disappointed by it were expecting but I think it's got the potential to be pretty cool. At least, in small doses or when you're drunk and/or stoned and feel like interacting with computer generated people...

Everyone always wants to know where I'm from. It's usually the first thing they ask. Why? Do they actually think we're going to meet up in real life?
People need to come up with better opening lines.

i finally got on home, my avatar is a nice leggy girl with reddish brown hair, a blue shirt and a black and red skirt, XD

and yeah everyone just says "hello" then "where do you live", people need to come up with new phrases.

but my first experiance of home was pretty cool, and there are SOME nice people on there as well, i had my own little fan club that followed me everywhere as well, it was weird but funny at the same time, and yeah some guys just came up to me and asked for cyber then and there, otheres asked me to follow them then cyber, and one guy ever tried to cyber rape me, i ran away from him though, and one guy was trying to look up my skirt while i was dancing.

so many horny guys there, but i did meet two people which where nice though, and didn't ask for cyber at all, which was good.

i even got asked to cyber by another girl, XD
