Isn't Area 51, the video game title, an intellectual property of Midway?
The least these guys could do is wait until Midway goes out of business, which is not that far off.

A51 is definitely worth the free download. I guess its not *illegal*. Did they buy the rights to freely distribute it?

It's sponsored by the Air Force, so I suppose the AF would have paid Midway like a million dollars to cover the "buying" costs.

Hmm... I do wonder, eh? Maybe Midway used it to help pay some of their debts. Although I don't think they can be saved... Here's to hoping.
