If you know the game well then I predict 2 hours max.

I wanted RE5 to have a 20 minute long ending like MGS4, just for closure purposes

The last 20 min of MGS4 reminded me of the 13 different finales of LOTR 3.

Yea it was emotional, but I think it was nice to have a more "complete" ending like that. Like, your at the end of the game and you're thinking, "well tha answered a lot of my questions but there's still a few more I'm wondering"...and then those questions are answered lmao.

A fresh start? Oy... well they better put zombies in it.

Well, Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum are about average for a Pokemon RPG...Fallout 3, I believe I've put somewhere around 130 hours into it. Mass Effect is another lengthy game.

For the most part, these current gen. games seem on-par with last gen. I mean, when I was in high school, I'd rent games a lot and finish them in a few days. Sorta like I do now..

Mass Effect is a great game and I could spend days on it. In my first playthrough I rushed through the main story elements and didn't do any side quests or anything other than the main missions, and I knocked up about 15-20 hours. On my second playthrough doing everything I could, I dunno, but it took aaaaages.

playing mass effect as the bad guy is so awesome, punching the hell out of a female reporter. priceless.

Yes, playing as a bad guy is fun (punching the reporter -- pure awesomeness ) but... on my first playthrough my character was a total paragon and it was weird seeing him insulting people and bitching around so in the middle of the game I unconsciously started to act as a good guy again and ended up as a paragon.

                        |: How do you end up playing as the bad guy?

Or do you mean choosing all the "bad" options?

Yeah, I think pretty much everybody who plays Mass Effect love to play the game using the options they would, being in the situation, but as soon as the first playthrough is over, go back and play the game again to be a big asshole to everybody, it's great fun. One of my favourite parts of the game that made me go "wow" was when Shepard was confronted with a face from the past and the guy threatens to reveal Shepard's past, considering he is the face of the human race at this point in the story (being the captain of the leading ship and gaining influence with other alien lifeforms), you have to do what he tells you to. However, I chose to report this guy to the authorities, whom I was supposed to threaten, the alien authority member thanks you and then the asshole comes running into the room, saying that Shepard "is finished" and going to blow the story of his dark past wide open for everybody to see. You can choose an option saying "no you won't", but then Shepard gets his gun out and shoots the guy right there and then in the bar in the head, in front of everybody. All I expected him to do was threaten the guy back, or prompt me to battle the guy, not shoot him at close range right in the head. The authority guy who was standing there the whole time watching this shit going down, tells Shepard that he did a good job, and "there is hope for the human race yet". lol. Awesome moment that.

the choices in the game are very easy to spot. In fact if you sway to one side for a while you even get a whole another set of dialogue options for that part of your persona, like really angry answers, or really reasonable answers etc.
