Best Voice-Acting in a Video Game

Well my RE4 vs. RE5 topic got me thinking about which video games I thought had the best VAs in all of gaming.

My personal voes go to:
The entire Legacy of Kain series
One of the best moments in video game history IMO.

Not so much David Hayter as Patric Zimmerman, Paul Eiding, Christopher Randolph, Quinton Flynn, Paul Eiding, Jennifer Hale, Debi Mae West, Lori Alan, Greg Eagles, Phil La Marr, Josh Keaton, Suzetta Minet and John Cygan. All of them were absolutely fantastic throughout the series. While some of the lines might have been cheesy at times, the voice acting was nothing but stellar.
