Ah Yes Max Payne was really good too. I was really impressed with the game's voice acting along with the music. It gets me every time.

Broken Sword the original for sure had good voice acting.
Vampire: Bloodlines got a bad rap because of the glitches and crashes but the voice acting was pretty good also.

For Star Wars; KOTOR - I really liked HK-47's portrayal along with Jolee Bindo, especially when he warms up to you and begins telling you the truth about his past and his failings, pretty emotional stuff.

Kreia in KOTOR2 is also worth a mention.

Oh YEAH, how could I even forget Grim Fandango, that had amazing voice work, everything in it was superb *sighs and longs for the 90's where games were of this calibur*
