HAHA! LOL! That's why i disliked Snake in MGS4, i didn't want to see him as an old man who is a chain smoker and is almost dead. I hope it is Snake's last game.

The "5" on the teaser site is waaay too obvious for the game to be MGS5. I don't think that Konami would put that easy "riddle" as their clue for the next game.

CR29 said, it could even be MGS4: Sub-something. They rereleased MGS2 and 3 as Substance and Subsistence, respectively. There's no reason why they couldn't continue the trend.
