Um, no. I see a KojiPro logo, which is a variation of the FOX(Force Operations X) logo from MGS3.

I personally want ZOE3, its more contemporary and easier for casual gamers to get into.
Snatcher 2 would be awesome, but the first game was released so long ago, they'd probably have to re-release the first one or remake it to make it relevant again.

There's two silhouettes off in the background on the left page, and on the right, almost underneath the "5", there looks like there's a mansion. Honestly, in my own opinion, this seems like a completely new game/series that kojima is putting out, and going by the picture, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a horror game. The whole thing just gives off a creepy vibe, the dead like field, the cloudy weather, the silhouettes standing in the distance on a hill, that odd mansion off in the distance, etc.
