Yeah I'm on the PS3. When I played today with Valentinesdead and REmaster it only matched us up with...well us. No other players. I'll add you when I get back on tonight Rombie.

I managed to have one other person on my friends list just so happen to start playing the demo, so I quickly jumped in.

OH MY GOD THE PAIN.

It's horrible. It looks terrible, they werent kidding that the PS3 version looks the worst. Additionally the controls are somewhat clunky... and while I'm sure it's fun once you have 18 people playing, just us 2 was horribly boring.

I really do hope they've just stuffed up and it's not enitrely that recent a build and the PS3 version has been worked on quite a bit.

If you're around later I'll give it another go with more people involved and see if it improves it.

Yeah I have to agree that the controls are clunky and its really boring with just 2 people. I dont mind the way it looks or anything though.

I just watched my husband play this demo on his PC and he liked it. The controls are manageable once you mess with them a little, just never play it on a console. It looks nice and playing as an alien is cool because you can run upside down on ceilings and stuff.

It doesn't look really bad - I've seen worse, but the PS3 version just looks worse than the video I watched of the 360 version being played (and in general not as good as the videos released over the last few months).

I managed one game last night with 8 people (which also thankfully didn't take too long to start) and I found it a bit more fun than the first time around. Controls are still a bit clunky but more players does add more fun.

Well I have only seen a PC version, not the PS3 version. Yeah, most likely it sucks hardcore in comparison.

I love this game! i find it to be so much fun playing as an alien, i love sneaking up behind people and crushing their head with my hand, stabbing my tail through their back or head etc. I did find that the controls were a bit difficult to come to terms with but apart from that the demo has been great fun. I did spend a match playings as a marine but god is it tense haha, that motion sensor works great in the game.

Seems Rebellion have determined the issues affecting the PS3 matchmaking were an oversight. One that was easily patched and fixed for PC and didn't seem to affect 360 owners too much, but that the PS3 version still needs to be looked into. Thus proving the PS3 version is likely for them to be the redheaded stepchild of the lot.

Well some good news is anyones cares much for the demo Rebellion has taken the down the old one and put up a new one which works alot more know easy this time you can created yor own game or look for one I doint know why they did not do this to begin with but what ever so yeah feel free in downlording it again.
