This will never sell to 360 owners, most of which are testosterone fuelled philistine clods with the mentality of a 15 year-old male. The kind of people that use the phrase "lol ur gay" as an insult - one which they consider to be the words of a refined individual - while screaming down their headsets on COD4, striving for that all important next level of prestige. All in all, it should be amusing to see how well this sells. Rockstar must be pissing themselves laughing right about now.

"Grand Theft Auto". Gay or no gay, it'll sell a fuck ton. I think it'll get more interest 'cause it has ZOMG GHEY in the title.

This will easily sell a decent number just based on it's name, whether it manages to catch wide stream audiences and appeal, is a different matter .. it depends on how R* handles it, can't wait to see the trailers and stuff they put out.

$50 says they'll fuck up and include no male prostitutes, but you'll still be able to pick up the girls

Nah, in all seriousness, i don't see any kind of controversy or shock in this. Wow they have a gay character, it's not the first time there's been a gay character in a video game. And it's not the first time GTA would lead a lesson in stereotypes either *coughSanAndreascough*.

The thing is, this is the GTA, and has gay in the title.
Insecure teenagers who buy GTA and the gangsta wannabe's are gonna be against it coz it's 'gay'.
According to their failed logic, gay is wrong, so GTA will now be uncool since it's gay. xD

It is gonna be quite funny to watch all the GTA fan boys mock this and at the same time try to praise it and dry-hump it like every other thing with the GTA name on it

This is perfect if the price is right for the DVD version. I love the PC version but R* hasn't shown any love with DLC content for it. At least my red dust covered 360 may get used more now.

There's already too much "gay" in this topic. Disdainful.

The name's a clever move on their part.

Creates a lot of talk and the thing most of you don't see is that it's somewhat "funny" (you can pronounce that as fanny if you want to!)

One of the things that has come back to gaming now is the thing of making messed up names (Fat Princess, Holy invasion of privacy, Badman! What did I do to deserve this?, etc... Maybe they're bad samples, as they probably wont sell millions, but still... people are talking about them and that usually increases attention and sales)

Anyway, the title fits perfectly in with GTA in general, and anyone who knows the name GTA and what GTA is knows what to expect from this and are probably even more likely to pick it up now 'cause of the name than they were before.

Now, since GTA has fallen totally into being "Random Ass Story: game with name that has nothing to do with the game beyond just making sure people know what they're kinda buying", I hope this will be a massive step up from the stuff seen since in all console GTAs since San Andreas (yes, that includes GTAIV and Lost and Damned, but not gonna say a word on Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories)
