All Sony has to show is God of War and it'll have already topped Nintendo's conference, IMO. All you had to do, Nintendo, was show me some non-celda Zelda and you couldn't even deliver that. As fun as Galaxy 2 or maybe Metroid will be, a new Wii Zelda game would've been the real clincher, especially if released this year.

*faps*
The majority of the conference was gimmicky crap, or more "Mario" games. Mario Galaxy 2 is good enough, but I was really unimpressed with the Mario Bros Wii. They spoke about how to advance Mario Games and make it fresh, and they've just increased the multiplayer capacity to four players, knowing full well the main experience will be single player; in which case it's more or less exactly the same as Mario Bros, Mario Bros 2, Mario Bros 3, Super Mario Bros, New Super Mario Bros DS... you get the picture.
It was only in the last sort of part that it was worth paying attention to (I'd almost dozed off by this point), where it revealed the DSC trailer, Dead Space: Extraction trailer, Metroid etc.

Ninty conference was an utter pile of crap, microsoft did really good this year....
Ever since 2005, nintendo E3 conference were crap, I still remember that epic moment when twilight princess teaser trailer was first shown, THAT was epic... not today's shit... I think xbox360 has still a lot of years ahead wth all these new possibilities...
let's just see how sony does it....

Pfft, bullet sponges and terrible AI.
MAG however looks like a 256 player BF2 and Enemy Territory mix, and amazing at that. Ridiculously amazing.
Any word on whether the game offers usable air aspect?
[EDIT]
Guess not.
MAG is easily the best thing I saw from E3 this year, but it looks that they got cold feet and ditched air vehicles.Last edited by Member_of_STARS; 06-02-2009, 02:32 PM.
