Best recorder for PS2 gameplay?

Please help, I would like to make movies again, but my capture gadget, the adaptec gamebridge something, as decided it doesn't like recording sound anymore. My computer's not yet strong enough to record with Fraps online and I don't feel like paying 1000$ to upgrade it. But 200$ or around that would be an okay price for a recording doo-dad that allows good quality movies.

Well if you can emulate it with pcsx2 use the GSdx plugin then press F12 to capture it to a video file or if your using the ZeroGS plugin press F7.

Just get a capture card. Generally any one will do.
