Call of duty: World at war Map pack 3 question.

I'm pretty sure most of you guys got the new CoD WaW map pack by now and for the most of you that did got it. I have a question for you. How do you link the teleporters and gain access to the pack a punch machine. My brother and I when through the Der Reise map about five times trying to learn how to get the pack a punch open. Any help at all will be useful.

I still need to get Map Pack 2 and 3... I spent the last bit of my MS points on Marvel Vs. Capcom 2

From what I've heard, once you get enough points, you can start linking the teleporters and once all them are linked, you can activate the PaP.
