Whelp, looks like there's going to be more Assassin's Creed next year featuring Ezio's timeline.

Update: Ubisoft has clarified, saying this is a new title featuring Ezio, and is not an expansion for Assassin's Creed 2. The new online multiplayer mode will be for an entirely new Assassin's Creed product. The Assassin's Creed Episodes project will pick up where Assassin's Creed 2 left off.

Curious to see how exactly multiplayer will work for Assassin's Creed...and pretty surprised that it's coming out this year.

Thanks for that little piece of info A-J!

This has certainly peaked my interest. I loved Assassin's Creed 2. I'm a total history nerd, and I'm kinda obsessed with Italy, so the game was right up my alley.

Maybe we get to play as the other Assassin's?
That's what I'm hoping. I really like the idea of multiplayer. I think coordinating assassinations would be really fun. Like one person can distract the guards in the plaza, another can get the archers on the roof, and then another can actually commit the assassination.

Is there any way to un-equip all armor? I don't like having Ezio look bulky...

^ Altair's crypt armor doesn't look bulky, and well you can always re-equip the oldest leather armor etc that looks thin.

I actually really liked Altair's armor, didn't see a reason to unequip it once I got it, stats and buffs were too good.

Just started playing the game, having a blast with it. Reminiscent of the first game, but this one seems better on so many levels.

Ok I really hate the armour in the game, save for Altair's armour. Is there a way to un-equip all of it and have Ezio return to his basic look?

This game is beginning to thoroughly devour my life. I can't stop playing it. I mean, I just stopped to go eat something, but I didn't want to. What an incredibly awesome game. I'm really taking my time with it, too; using Eagle Vision to seek things out as much as possible, deviating from the main story missions, doing every chase, courier and beat-up missions, and ferociously seeking out every Assassin's Tomb and hidden glyph. Meanwhile, the two parallel stories -- Ezio's and Desmond's -- are absolutely enthralling to me.

                    The glyphs are really interesting.

I did what you are doing, I did literally everything that apeared on map, I like to have 100% completed, I recentlly downloaded the extra chapter but it onlly brings story missions, no extra stuff. And now that I remember, I'm still missing 3 or 4 achievements, but still, ongame I did everything you can do, took me a looot of time, but it was worth it.
And no, it woun't get harder to find them (except two or three that are pretty well hidden), you just have to look for them in almost every "dark-grey" building in the map (hehe, that's what I did). Though solving the "problems" to unlocking the files will get harder and harder, it took me a hole hour solving one. Good luck!

There is SO much to do in this game. I burnt myself out today, played for probably 5 or 6 hours of just doing all the random courier and beat-up missions. I also did a hell of a lot of optional assassination missions, and they're starting to get harder and harder. I don't see myself finishing this game in the near future...at this pace, it's gonna last a while.

I'm gonna start doing that tomorrow, so thanks for the tip. The Database actually tells you the names of the buildings where the Glyphs are located, but they're still pretty tough to find in the actual world, so I'll use your advice and start putting custom markers on the 'grey' buildings. I really wanna see the full 20 clips together.

I unlocked Altair's armor a few hours ago...it looks ballin', but I dunno where the striped sleeves came from? Ezio looks kinda chunky but I don't care, he's ready to kick ass and take names. I'm up to the 9th memory sequence now, have 4 or 5 glyphs left to find, and a handful of viewpoints also.

hey, so the second DLC is out, and I'm geting it tonight, but should I download the story chapter alone (320 MP) or are the extras that came with the limited editions worth the money (560 MP)?
