You need to get a PS3, David. I hear they're all the rage these days.

the stupid thing that not many people probably didn't catch on, is that you CAN cancel your pre-order and still keep your Ignition download. you don't have to really buy the game if you don't want to now at the moment. you can do it for both versions. its an ass of a move, but i did it anyways.Last edited by Branden_Lucero; 12-15-2010, 10:49 PM.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I did. Placed a preorder for the standard edition, received my voucher code for Ignition and then cancelled my order. Which is a good thing too since I would never pay money for what is essentially a glorified flash animation, nor should anyone else. They should pay people to play it.See you in hell.

Ignition is a download game that costs less than bus fare. What do you expect from it?
I got it with my pre-order, though I'm not so cheap I need cancel it to celebrate the freebie.Last edited by Dracarys; 12-16-2010, 07:41 AM.Beanovsky Durst - "They are not pervs. They are japanese."

Fact is, Ignition - despite telling a very interesting story - was for the most part nothing more than a quick cash-in using the name of Dead Space to sell copies. Which is a shame because I love the series and to be honest I expected something more from EA. Also, don't go insinuating that I'm some cheapskate charlatan. : PLast edited by Mr. Spencer; 12-16-2010, 10:32 AM.See you in hell.

Also, there are many downloadable games out there which are around the same price as Ignition - look at the Steam sales for example, Shatter, Droplitz, Evil Genius, etc. All for LESS than Ignition, and all much better games and all downloadable games. Let's also not forget AvP Classic 2000, granted it's an archaic game by today's standards but it's still leagues ahead in terms of value for money. On an unrelated note, it's a lot better than the 2010 release.

Speaking of Ignition...
Spoiler:
I felt that Franco was a rather interesting character, given the unusual length of time he spent conversing with that unitologist as well as not sharing Sarah's disdain towards them. There's more to this guy than just a simple technician, he clearly had some ulterior agenda that took priority above everything else. He made a lot of sacrifices towards completed his end objective - awakening Isaac Clarke.See you in hell.
