Well, he pretty much had killed her whole family at that point, and she too drunk and weak to hold a sword, so the only thing she could do is insult him, Thank god that they removed the neck breaker QTM

The game's creators differed on the ending of GoW3. David Jaffe wanted Kratos to tackle Norse mythology after he took down Olympus, and Cory Barlog wanted Kratos to become death itself -- have his blades become Sickles. I think I like the ending we got better.

Well, I preffer the ending that we got, but seeing Kratos killing the Norse gods of War (aka: All of them) would have been nice

I finished off GOW 3 last week it was an epic game but gess what happen 5 mins after beating the game my PS3 died on me yep not kidding I think someone or a group of pepole up stair were not happy with me playing GOW3 and killed my PS3 for revenge.

i wouldnt like kratos as death, he'd get bored

Well, Age of Mythology story had the Greek, Egyptian and Norse gods at the same time, they even had Yggsidrill (or whatever you write that name), Nihogg and Helheim separated from Hades. So ti could be posible that the greek gods death only afffected greece

Not necessarily. There are a lot of things which put different sets of Gods in the same universe. As mentioned above, Age of Mythology. Xena Warrior Princess does about every pantheon of Gods there ever was and puts them in the same universe (Greek, Norse, etc). My main issue with that proposed ending is not the fact that they'd need to tie them in with the same universe, but for what plot-driven/character related reason would he have to go after the Norse Gods? He had a personal grievance with the Greek Gods, which is why he went after them. What reason would they have for him to go after the Norse Gods, other than "Done Greek Gods nao, time to go for the rest" which would make him out to look like a petty kid who just likes to rebel for the sake of it.

Unfortunately Jaffe hasn't expanded on that idea as it wasn't him first mentioning it to the media. He made some additional comments via Twitter that there was more to it than just that.

The story of the first game is still the best of the series overall IMO, so I suspect if he'd had an arc in mind had he done the sequels then perhaps the two games themselves would be different had he stuck around.

On a side note I sure hope he announces his new game at E3 and it's finally a Twisted Metal title for PS3.

Dammit. I haven't read his blog in a while, posted on Twitter? Ahh... I want my next Jaffe game.

He's always been awesome with his online community though, so I'm sure when it comes to announcement time it'll be done in an decent fashion.

I used to be a member of the Twisted Metal Alliance, the webmaster was... is... site is still around - just not like it was, a fellow Kiwi.

Jaffe sent him a copy of the original TM ending videos about 10 years ago now, while working on TM Black, and the webmaster sent a copy of them on disc to me, several years before they made it on to the PS2 TM Head On game. I was fan of the game since 1995, but I've been a fan of his work in general ever since.
