I might be way off but is fade to black directly linked to flashback from previous gen consoles? i never played fade to black but i was hooked on flashback back when i had my amiga 500.

Thats what I remember. Fade to Black being a sequel of Flashback. I originally got Fade to Black when I first got my PS1 but didn't get into it. Time to retify that.

If memory serves me right, the demo is for... Point Blank.

My Tekken 2 arrived this morning, the demo disc included is for Autumn release games and has a demo of Tekken 2, Crash Bandicoot, Destruction Derby, F1 and a couple of others.

Thought about getting Dancing Stage Euro Mega Mix with a dance mat. After pricing it up via local shops (about £8~10) I won an auction today including them, a 2nd dance mat, 102 Dalmatians, Adventure of Tiger and Whinnie the Poo, and a copy of FF7 missing disc one (well my FF7 discs do look a little beaten up so spares are useful), not only that but a PS1 with unofficial Memory card and Dualshock pad for £3.20. Shame postage was £8.50 but its better than spending £10 in town on just 1 dance mat and a game. God knows why I would need a second PS1. But hey, it was the deal of the century. Ebay: Traul it to win it.

Fade to Black was such a horribly sequel to Flashback. Oh well... I guess we can at least blame SOME of it (the horrible camera, for starters) on the fact that it was an early 3D generation game

Sounds like someone's used that cover for something else (especially considering the Tekken 2 demo being there) as I'm almost dead certain that there should be a Point Blank demo disc in the Tekken 2 cover.

Looks like the UK platinum Version has the point blank demo whereas the original Multi big CD box has the Autumn/Christas Releases Demo. I've found a couple of other instances of people selling this version of Tekken 2 and they seem to have the same demo. Unless there is some big conspiracy.

Ah. That could be the case. Odd of them to pack in a demo dis with a demo for the game you just bought, though

Seemed odd to me as well. Could still be some kind of con. After a little searching, the demo was also available from the polish official PSX magazine, so maybe it was a lazy inclusion by sony or Namco.

star ocean 2 official guide arrived today with an ntsc version of the game,ill probably flog the game cos I already got the pal version.

Sooo....just bought Wild Arms 1 and 2, Grandia, and Vagrant Story all for $80. I think that's a pretty good deal. Not sure what I'll get next...May will be a busy spending month for me, and in June I'll start saving for yet another trip I'll be taking in early July for my birthday.

TR2 is great, the best in the series. I've been through TR1-4 a few times (some recently), and I'm about to start on TR5 sometime soon. From what I've seen on youtube of TR on PS2 and on, TR died with the PS1...

Yeah I agree about TR2 I first bought it and completed before I bought FF7 and I think if i hadnt got so caught up in FF I might of took the time to complete the original and the sequels but unfortunately I never did I think its time to rectify that.

On another note got wipeout 2097(black label) for £5 and finally got xenogears(black label for £30) after 6 years of umming and arrring

cool man(tempted to sell any?) ive been scouring the net for about a year looking for them i just need 5 more to complete the collection, I wish I knew about them when I was in tokyo(£30 each in japan)....btw theres a guy selling his whole square millennium collection on ebay hes looking for around £1200 with postage for the lot(just incase you need to free up some funds).

oh and I've just got hold of vagrant story official guide sealed.

Just got another ff tactics square millennium in mint condition I really shouldnt of but I couldnt resist for £25.

I think that's it oh and Enrico regarding your memory issue you mentioned unless you have resolved it in which case carry on:

You can copy PS1 saves to a PS2 memory card it's 100% reliable as far as I've known but this of course requires the use of a PS2 to insert the old PS1 card into (any slot) and copy off of to a 8MB or more if you went unofficial card so long memory problem . . .
