  • Lost Planet 2 - Multiplayer Versus Demo! (Now w/50% more early access info!)

    Capcom Unity - Lost Planet 2 Multiplayer Demo Coming to PSN and XBL

    Hell yeah!

    Seems like selected people will have access to it next week (31st of March), with full access to everyone hitting in a month (21st/22nd of April).

    This is gonna be le awesomeness!

    For those who don't remember; Lost Planet 1 had a pair of demos too (2 different demos, 3 if you count the two map version of the multiplayer demo)

    "A PC version is scheduled for release in Fall 2010."

      *rubs hands with a smile* that's what I'm talking about.

      First BC, then Lunar, now this: It's good to see developers giving us a reason to keep our demos even after a game is released.

        Seems like now's the time to strike if you want an early access code for the Versus Multiplayer demo!

        Get early access to the Lost Planet 2 demo now!

        Need a Capcom-Unity account, verify your e-mail on the Lost Planet Community site and you... let's see... need to pick console you want a code for and voila! (Supposedly on a first-come-first-serve basis)

        Also;
        Codes don't work 'till Wednesday.

          been trying but the LPCommunity site is acting funny; even when I finally gotten through, it said the code thing was unavailable.

              Anyone else playing the demo?

              I've yet to randomly bump into any faces I know during random matches (but had plenty of friendly matches with friends)

              Also, I uploaded something to YouTube since I noticed a little detail.

              The version of the Main Menu theme is different between the two demos;
              Co-op Demo Version
              Versus Demo Version

              Really love both, though. Guess it's safe to say it's Jamie Christopherson awesomeness, for sure. Guess he's becoming quite the regular on Capcom composer list. Would love to hear how he'd treat an RE soundtrack (either original tunes or remixes of classic tunes)
