replacing a battery in final fantasy 3

i recently got a final fantasy 3 for the SNES through a trade and it looked great but sadly my game save died so i need to replace the battery but im afraid i might wreck the game doing it. does anyone have any idea how i can safely replace the battery ora service that replaces them?
