    DAY 1
    *BOUGHT*

Man, this is balls to the wall awesome.
Controls takes a bit getting used to (trying to do a no jump run. Kinda neat how you have to get your way around certain obstacles for this, actually.)

You can no longer swing "through" objects.
You have new abilities and various other stuff that changes the game.
The new "scanner" is pretty awesome for random shits 'n' giggles in the form of object descriptions.
Extending and retracting the arm and starting/stopping a swing is easy.
You need to click to release from a swing (kinda wish they'd either offered to use the hold forward function or evt. used a "hold 'n' release"-system like in the 3D game)

      Nope.

As someone pointed out elsewhere it seems the UK price has been jacked up, it is $15 in the US and £12 in UK. Other PSN titles with that US price are £8-10. It is like Capcom don't want me to buy this.

It's always been that way though. It's nothing new.
        See you in hell.

Yes it is new, hence my example of usual pricing.

I'll give this a spin when I get back home from work (already bought it via online marketplace and now pending for my 360 to be signed on) but I can't wait to give this a bionic spin.

Read a few reviews, had me worried.

Just took it for a quick spin of the first level and it's GLORIOUS.

Anyone denying themselves this game over something as petty as Capcom's DRM needs to take a long hard look at themselves in the mirror.

I'm about three or four levels in and it's fantastic, possibly better than the first at the moment. Can't understand what all the complaints in the reviews have been about!

Just wrapped up the main story (Hard + no jumps at once!), working on the unlocks now. Without a doubt easier and more "forgiving" than the previous game (but the new moves are a very welcome addition and totally neat in terms of making sure it's just not "BC:R1 DLC PACK #1").

This is just filled with awesomeness (also, damn, the challenge rooms seems to be off to a good start too.)

I'll probably get this at some point in the future.

That's a relief. The reviews have been mixed so far.

Yeah...unless their internet connection is crap and is unfortunately the only kind of service they can afford or is around...

By the way, holy crap at the amount of levels there are in the game (sure, the major bosses counts as individual levels on the screen, but there's still a total amount of right below the 30 marker)

Damn, and there's thinking it was going to be a much slimmer package than the first game based on some of the reviews that I come across. I don't get the mixed reception on this but I find this game to be great. It's even got the same good banther from the first rearmed (only done the first level/miniboss) and the presentation seems to be more alive. that is a plus for me.

If there something I would wish they implimented in this game was to have the option to disable the jump button in the control menu because for the first two levels, while doing my hard/exploration run, I've accidently jumped right next to the end thanks to my thumb on the controller. Grrrrrr!

EDIT: Also with mission 2 (even on how early it is), dat music <3
