The new morality system has been revealed...
Greetings from the SCEE PlayStation Experience in London! We’re excited to be at the event, and for the first time, reveal how our duality/morality system will work in inFAMOUS 2. Karma moments from inFAMOUS are now represented by character-driven dialogue and 3D mocap cutscenes. Your conscience comes into play with the introduction of Kuo and [...]

June 7th is the big day, "Hero Edition" announced.
Last Friday, an inFAMOUS 2 post broke down the power of choice in inFAMOUS 2 and spawned some very energetic comments on not just the Karma system, but another topic as well - "Release date please!"- TomHoang "Please give us a release date already! Geez!"- DeviantBoi "PLEASE TELLS US THE RELEASE DATE SO I COULD [...]

I'm hoping they improve this game a lot from the first one, idk I seem to be in the minority that think the first inFamous was overrated. I found the karma or whatever is what called to be completely useless and was just sort of there and didn't really have any impact on the game. The free roaming was boring Cole's movements were not fluid at all and he would fail to grasp ledges at times which made the Uplink side missions a pain. Also the side missions were very repetitive and the only character I liked in the game was Zeke, i thought Cole was pretty bland.
Now I hear that karma in this game will actually have a real impact on the universe and that movement is more fluid which is a plus. I'm kind of hoping that they'll give an Uncharted 3 Beta Code if you pre-order this game like with the first inFamous"Admit it, you're going to miss this ass" - Chloe Frazer

Infamous was one of the best PS3 games i've ever played. Didn't know games could have such intricate story lines. (im not a fan of Final Fantasy games).
The game really made you feel like you were jumping around in the world, like Spiderman, except this one was good.

Um, what? I for one do NOT want multiplayer. The game's fine as it is. And how is this 'laziness'? They've been working on this for two years and it's in the same realm as "Play Create Share" that LBP has going for it. The possibilities are, in theory, endless.
EDIT: Here's a link to the newly-revealed creation in action - http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011/...-beta-in-aprilLast edited by Vector; 03-02-2011, 03:09 AM.

Instead of creating actual new content for the buyer they just say 'here, you do it'. That is being lazy.
LBP was pretty crap anyway, the base game barely had any content and the 0.001% of only levels that weren't complete ass weren't worth shifting through the crap to look for anyway.Beanovsky Durst - "They are not pervs. They are japanese."

This new stuff takes a single-player only game(a dying breed, sadly) and adds more replay value. What exactly is the issue with that?Last edited by Vector; 03-02-2011, 12:58 PM.
