Well this conference was a bit boring. Just seems like it was a bunch of Wii-like games for Kinect. That new 360 looks shit hot though.

So they knew their conference sucked, so they decided to give away the re-designed Xbox to everyone in the audience to save themselves from getting LAMBASTED with negative reviews? Microsoft buying something out...yeah...sounds about right.

Also, anyone notice how they sidestepped around giving a price for Kinect? That's scary.

Switching over to G4 now...they have pretty much around-the-clock coverage for the show. It's a good channel to have.

How much could they charge for Kinect? Do you think the $150 rumor is true? Is that why they waited? They had to have figured "Hey, our conference sucks this year. Let's just give out some free Xbox's and NOT release how overpriced Kinect will be so we can try and save SOME face."

Gears 3 saved this one for me. And I might get that new 360, it looks sick.
ESPN sounds cool, but I bet my ass Mexico won't get that one.

Ok the new slim 360 goes for $300 bucks. It sorta looks like someone fat sat on it, though.

No word yet on how much the Kinect will go for.

Kinect dragged the conference quite a fair bit. The begining was great however. Shame there wasn't really much core side of things to show, outside a few games.

That's pretty much my main issue. Nothing suprising. I expected a 360 slim, got that. Expected some new Natal news, got that. Expected Gears 3 news, got that.

Anything suprising? No.
