The tech is still relatively brand new. They just showed a bunch of developers who had intentions of creating games for the 3DS. Under Capcom, it showed "Resident Evil: Revelations" with the Darkside Chronicles type font.

EDIT: Yeah, but at least this has an actual title and seems tangible. PSP felt like an afterthought last year.

Well, a producer went into detail about how you can "explore more secrets" or something in this format, and it actually has a subtitle. That's...more than you get with REortable.

Nintendo won E3. Fucking well done. Resident Evil (old school routes?) was a nice extra flavour added to the 3DS to buy day one. And Donkey Kong Country has won my heart on any software at that presentation by a margin.

Very possible. Once they got wind of 3DS, I don't see how Capcom would continue developing for the PSP when its sales can't even hold a candle to the flatulence of the DS's sales. Factor that in with the new 3D technology and a humongous install base, and...yeah. It's a no-brainer. You're probably right.
