I do know Valve's history with the PS3...and I don't consider it much of anything. Especially considering all they announced was Portal 2, which, while awesome, has nothing on other titles they could have announced for it and certainly can't touch the likes of Zelda when it comes to epicness.

EDIT: Lol. You're all so wrapped up in the "surprise" of Valve that you can't acknowledge that it was basically nothing?

I was more shocked by Kid Icarus and what the 3DS is capable of (as well as its huge starting lineup) than anything Sony has shown me.

Do you have any prior knowledge of Gabe Newell's and Valve's relationship with the PS3? That was a BOMBSHELL.

Gabe Newell said PS3 is A Waste of Everyone's Time ... and that it was a disaster. So yeah, this 180 he made is news worthy.

I dunno about Sony's conference winning E3 though... before Newell came in the show was just decent.

I'm still holding out hope for something on InFamous 2.

Other than that, it's been a good showing overall, but I'd still have to give the edge to Nintendo for sheer unexpectedness. Plus, there are just more games that I'm interested in from them.

Why should they go fuck themselves? It was obvious that a follow up to the DS was going to be announced, and it's not Nintendo's fault that Capcom want to get on the bandwagon because the PSP: Go turned out to be an absolute flop.
