I think you mean Microsoft AND Sony, all they've done really is hype up the Kinect and Move, trying to emulate what the Wii does, whilst Nintendo have just moved on to the next thing. Personally i'm not interested in any of the games so far though. Well cept Portal 2.Last edited by rewak; 06-15-2010, 06:05 PM.

Who would've thunk it.
To be honest, I've never been much of a portable system gamer. But after looking at the impressive list of 3DS games (Kid Icarus, Resident Evil, Metal Gear Solid,Street Fighter IV, Ocarina of Time, etc.) and the fact that it plays 3D movies and takes 3D pictures... I might end up playing on the 3DS more than on my home consoles. That's a first for me.
So it's time to save some mulah!

Have been catching up on some gameplay videos from E3. Very impressive stuff!
How long has Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines been known about? I thought there was a PSP game on the way that was it? But the video at Ubi's conference was insane, easily one of the best gameplay demos i've ever seen. Only recently rinsed the hell out of Assassin's Creed 2 so my anticipation levels for this one are racing!
Dead Space 2 still looks like more of the same to me, not enough difference from the original game as far as i can tell. I'll still buy it, and i'll still love it, but some variety is key to this game. That said, the javelin weapon looks outstanding!
Portal trailer was a great addition to Sony's presentation. But like Dead Space, it's going to need a lot more variation because i thought even the trailer showed too much stuff similar to the first game.
Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter was one of the games i upgraded to the 360 for, so obviously i'm looking forward to Future Soldier. The gameplay demo looks fine enough, just can imagine the stealth suits being overkill after a while.
Would be nice if some of these demos could appear on the Marketplace i think like they did in previous years!

We were also allowed to see a short demo of Resident Evil Revelations, a 3DS-exclusive from Capcom. The action seems to take place on a giant ocean liner amid a terrifying storm. On board are Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine who seem to be coming to blows over some typically obtuse Resi plot point, while a shady prisoner looks on. This time, we could use the analogue stick to look around the scene, using short smooth wiping motions on the button. It's also possible to zoom in and out using the A and B buttons
It's hard (impossible you might say) to determine what format the game will be in, but we can deduce that it will either be set in a timeline close to Resident Evil 5 as the appearance of Chris Redfield suggests, or it will take place around the time of the original incident at the mansion. There's also a brunette female who could be Jill Valentine, which when coupled with the familiarity of the interior hallways in one of the screenshots makes a decent argument for a re-imagining of the original game, with a few 'revelations' here and there put in for good measure.
'Hunk' also makes an appearance and in another shot we see a massive ship which hopefully will be a playable location. The train section on Resident Evil Zero was easily one of our favourites and if Capcom can experiment with varying game environments like this, we should be in for a treat.

Wonder what's going on in that scene.
Woman (presumably Jill?), holding a gun towards both Chris and... Chris, with Chris holding a gun against her.
Confusion about who's the real deal? Both fakes? Disagreement between the two on how to handle this?
