At GameStop?

You walk up to the counter, say you wanna pre-order Mortal Kombat: HD Collection, give them your phone number (and name, if you're not already in their system), wait for them as they search for the game in the system and find the product ID for it, and then you put down $5 on the counter (or any other sum between that and full price).

Pre-order complete.
If the game is in the system, you may pre-order it. Regardless of it being announced or not.

Update 9/21 12pm CST: Thanks to xrodney on the Forums and @Ermac2011 on Twitter who both informed us that GameStop has now pulled their listing for the Mortal Kombat: HD Arcade Kollection. Now when you visit that URL you get the following error page:

I am anxiously awaiting this game as well. Personal favorites are Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Kitana and Mileena. The latter two are just cool because they have ballistics, and they kick ass. It's great that it's going back to the roots of brutality.

Sonya will be in it I'm 100% sure. They just haven't shown her off yet.

Shes not one of my favorite girl characters. The only girl characters I like are Millena and Sheeva.

I"m actually expecting them to use the entire character roster from MK-MK3. There's like 26 characters or so (special characters included) which means another 20 slots on the selection screen are available. But who knows?

So far it appears there may indeed be 3 fatalities per character.
Sub Zero seems to have 3 anyways.
Classic Head rip
a new Torso rip/freeze combo
and he rips out the characters spine and skull, freezes the body and then proceeds to use the spine and skull to smash and shatter the body like a club...only seen a little of that one on Youtube. the other two I've seen in full.
