It's unlikely to be an actual fight, I'd say it's a reference to the same stage (it was Jade's IIRC) in UMK3 where he appears in the background.

Yeah but the thing is, is that he isn't there the whole time. Hes rarely there like Smoke is behind the living forest tree or Noob Saibot in the background of the Temple.

Holy shit I'm loving this game. Uhm the expert ladder can kiss my ass lol. I nearly got close to winning a round haha. Still haven't finished story mode as of yet, just gradually working my way around on things, challenge tower etc. I did get a toasty hahaha!!!! And just one last thing, the TE should've come with the game and the bookends blah, I'm gonna have to take my standard game for 360 back and trade it on a ce so I can get those.

Those classic costumes were only available to those who pre-ordered the game from certain stores. Classic Jade is on the Blu-ray of Mortal Kombat 1 & 2 for PS3. All of them will probably become DLC later though.

I'm guessing it's a early build of her since she's using Jade's stance and has no special moves. She kinda reminds me of Kira.

I have a question, I saw that he selected alt costumes but I don't get that option when I choose a character. I have unlocked all the alts that are available in the Krypt and secondary fatalities. Can you not use them in matches?
