A Gamestop about an hour away from me has a extra Tournament Edition in stock (some retard I guess didn't go pick it up) and I'm gonna buy it tomorrow if I get paid. 2. Screams will show up randomly while moving, not opening a krypt.

It shouldn't be region locked. The release date here got pushed back to April 29th, so there are people selling and people playing US copies over here already.
