I'm stubborn and I try to not use anybody who teleports only because the characters I usually see online -- Scorpion, Smoke, Noob, Ermac, etc. -- all spam their teleport, and I don't wanna stoop to that level. I can win a fight using well-timed blocks and cashing in on opportunities when they present themselves. The three characters I 'main' -- Cage, Reptile and Jade -- all cannot teleport, and I make due just fine. I don't see why everyone needs to spam that shit in order to compete.

I played against this guy using Scorpion last night...if I stood still and blocked to avoid his spear, he used Hellfire. If I jumped to avoid Hellfire, he teleported and punched me out of midair. Rinse and repeat, over and over again. Anytime I went on the attack, he turtled. I understand the need to want to win, but if it comes down to playing like a little pussy or losing the match, I'd rather lose the match and give the loser a 0.0 to show him how much of a scumbag he is.

I actually practiced a bit today, incidentally with Jade and Reptile. I'm thinking of getting this DLC pass once I start work and get paid, because having used Skarlet at my friend's house, she's definitely a welcome addition. Plus, Rain and Kenshi look tight also.

Skarlet is very underwhelming. She is not meant for me. I didn't like the way she played.

As for the teleport. I don't use teleport, I main Smoke and I have learned to use his smoke transfer to throw people off than use the teleport. I'm also getting a lot better with Sub-Zero. I used to hate how he plays and now I love it.

Skarlet is actually pretty good once you get the hang of her. I think she's probably one of the fastest characters, plus her blood projectile does pretty good damage.

That's one sick wallpaper. I'm waiting for an all dlc pack to buy all characters in one shot... Maybe won't happen, but who knows.

As for the teleport, I think it should be a counter resource rather than a spam move... I'm trying to main Ermac, since I can't get Sub-Zero to work... A shame because he was my character from the very first MK.
