Great video here showing MGS3 in-game on the 3DS. The software for this handheld is looking rather strong aready.

Yeah that looks outstanding. Taking on the newer camera angle is a great start for the game since i missed the re-release of Snake Eater.

Graphically...looks like we're talking a slight leap over the PSP's offerings?

Graphics Wise I've heard people (via gaf and site press) been told the graphic benchmark is around to the gamecube (or slightly higher).

I'd expect to see the graphics being more better implimented later in its life and wouldn't be surprised to see some parties not using the ful advantage on the hardware of the system when it is first released. Resident Evil: Reveations, MGS3DS, Kid Icarus look fantastic so far. I'd imagine the 3D will add more fun for flavour when playing these games.

Watching that video concentrating on the screen got me cross eyed, lol. I just noticed the screen is huge! Is the screen as big as the PSP's? With 16 million colors I'm assuming?

It's because you try to post .png images. For some reason, this forum won't accept them. Only .jpg or .gif files will do.
