Play.com's been awfully slow lately. That's why I've mostly swapped to Zavvi.com for my UK orders. Sure, an extra £1 for shipping (whilst free on play.com), but it usually comes quick and their special offers and Monday deals are often le awesome <3

I always buy my online stuff from Game.co.uk. Fair prices and everything I've ordered has either come early or on time. If it's something I urgently want though, I mainly buy my games from independent game retailers who let me buy early because I have a trusted relationship with them.

BEWARE! Obvious spoilers...hence the spoiler tags and the above sentence lol.

1.Gabriel never brings Marie back...

2. Zobek is Death/Lord of the Necromancers

3. Satan kills Death

4. Gabriel is brought back to life after being killed by Death, and is now immortal.

5. Gabriel fights Satan...yes, that guy (who is potrayed by Jason Issacs).

6. Gabriel releases the spirts trapped on earth into the heavens.

7. Gabriel tells Marie that he does not wish to live without her, she forgives him and
ascends into heaven.

8. Gabriel falls to his knees in agony, he has saved the world but now he must live an eternal life of misery without his beloved.

9. End credits

10. Epilogue - A man in a robe enters an old cathedral, the man removes his hood - it's Zobek.

11. Gabriel sits upon a throne in the shadows, Zobek ask for his assistance...apparently Satan is planning his return. Gabriel screams that he no longer goes by that name, it is now Dracul.

12. He attacks Zobek, Zobek escapes his grasp and throws him through the cathedral window.

13. Dracul falls into the streets of what looks like present day New York or some other big city, cars are everywhere.

14. Zobek tells Dracul that he knows what he wants, and Dracul replies "I cannot die...yet, I cannot live". Dracul vanishes.

15. Zobek says, "It will soon be over, old friend" or something like that, than walks down strolls down the sidewalk into the night while citizens are gathered around wandering what the hell just happened lol.

Now...while this was pretty cool, it leaves alot of questions concerning the next installment. For instance, will you play as Gabriel/Dracul? How will a Belmont slay Dracul, if Dracul is the Belmont (unless he somehow fathered kids without Marie). A Castlevania game in modern times? Strange. Perhaps you will play as Rinaldo, since there are several messages during the game that hint that he is still alive, and found a way to be immortal. I don't know. I'll just have to wait for someone else to beat the game or get impatient and read this regardless lol.

After you retrieve a blue rose that apparently makes her young, she transports you to the land of the necromancer I believe. Zobek says he's going to kill her after she's helped Gabriel, and he later confirms that he's "sent her to hell", though it's never shown. I would have liked to see her young or being killed by Zobek/Death lol.

You dont see her young, oh well, thats a pity. Its kinda annoying how all the characters besides Gabriel, Zobek and Marie are like one appareance only

Just got it in the mail, half opened packet, the game was not shrink wraped either, with thumb prints on the disc, just lodged a massive complaint with play.com and royal mail and will be returning the game to them *I purchased the game from GAME in store today*

Future DLC episodes have been confirmed and they will continue the story from where the game ended Spoiler:

(Possibly explore the thousand year gap between the end of the game and the epilogue, explaining Gabriel's transformation into Dracula, etc.)

and feature new characters/areas.

Titan Graveyard was so poorly designed

Loved the twist in the ending.

Hate to double,no-triple post, but I've got some new info regarding the first DLC pack coming next month. Looks like you will be play some of it as Laura, travel through time and perhaps face off against Frankenstein's Monster (as in the actual one, not the mechanical spider you fight in the regular game).

That's understandable, it's a long ass game lol.

I found it disappointing, the gameplay is too repetitive, the puzzles too simple and the combat too shallow in challenge. Story was lame too as well as pretty empty.

David Cox (producer of CV:LOS) actually replied to a question I asked him last night, and not only did he answer it, but he also offered a teaser pic of the new DLC pack coming out in a few weeks.
