Tim Drake is my favorite Robin thusfar, so it makes me very happy to learn he's in the game. I would've taken any Robin really, but to know it's Tim I'm twice as excited. Now what would be totally sick is if we get to play as him in the game at some point.

I'm pretty sold on Robin, tbh. Unless anyone has anything better. Like Jason Todd, because he's my favorite Robin and also my favorite Batman character in general.

The pre-order scheme for this seems as bad as the first games.

Even now there are still challenge maps/character you cannot play as if you didn't pre-order from a certain store. The GOTY Edition didn't add them either.

That's the point. People want you to preorder from the store. Usually how game stores work is depending on the volume of preorders they get, companies will send them new games faster. Having the game in stock = more people buying. More people buying = more profit.

A lot of game stores do it. Willing to bet Amazon will have it's own little preorder exclusive.

Yeah I get that...but most companies release the pre-order bonus at a later date, either for free or as pay DLC.

I'm probably just going to get the code off my friend (normally he gets quite a few of the pre-order codes for any game he wants) and I'll just buy from whatever pre-order website that has the other codes or if they're worth getting. Glad it's Tim Drake Robin though, I can't wait to see what Paul Dini has in store for his character.

Is anyone reading the prequel comics? The third issue of five is out, but there's also three of five digital specials out as well. What's the difference? Anyone know?

Digital specials are 8 - 9 pages mini stories...nothing important for the main story. ;)

Don't drag me down the street and try to stone me to death, but if this lives up to all the total badassness that it's showing, UC3 may have a tough fight for GoTY. I truly enjoyed playing the first game for hours on end for all the side quests and extras packed in and it looks like City is going to be all that and then some, this is one game that I really wish would just come out NAO!
