Valkyria Chronicles II. Because it should be a legal requirement.
If you like the Metal Gear games there a bunch of them on the PSP to play. If you've ever played Fate/Stay Night, or seen the Anime, then Fate/Unlimited Codes might amuse you. As could Fate/Extra, although I don't believe that one's outside of Japan.
Then there are the classic PS1 games now available via the PlayStation Network. Some are down right delicious.
Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, God of War: Chains of Olympus, Dissidia Final Fantasy, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep(just came out yesterday), God of War: Ghost of Sparta(releases in November), GTA: Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories, Patapon, Daxter, Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters, Killzone: Liberation, Tekken: Dark Resurrection, WipEout Pure, etc.
power stone collection, final fantasy "1". gta: liberty city stories (vice cities is horrible i thought), and that's it out of all the ones i actually enjoyed, the rest of the them were just either "ok" or "meh" including the metal gear titles.
on a more serious note, definitely try out Dissidia if you want a great fan service game for the FF franchise, also check out MGS Peace Walker, Jeanne D'arc if you want an excellent strategy RPG which puts a fantasy twist on a well known event.

I also have the PSN versions of Resident Evil (I've played this game on too many platforms) and Silent Hill. Those are worth it if you want to play those on the go.
Those are a couple of pretty solid games in an otherwise unimpressive lineup.

I just bought a Psp yesterday for the sole reason of playing RE2 & RE3. Did you buy the Resident Evil on the Psp? Or did you buy it on Psn and transfer it to Psp. How does the Psp shop work is it the same as on your Ps3?

Most Final Fantasy games are unrelated. They're pretty much the stereotypical Japanese fantasy roleplay, but good ones. If you like Japanese Roleplays. Just grab any of the basic numbers and you'll probably get a good idea of what they're all like.
