I knew something must have happened before even opening this thread if it was already 4 pages long.

Visually the game looks good, but also the opening shot is quite simular to the look of DMC2 which then got me down... but personally I'm also with the group who doesn't like the look of this.

In the end though it'll come down to the gameplay. If it's as good as 1 and 3 then I'll be okay with the change, but if not it'll join the steaming pile that was DMC2.

I know they're trying to go for the post-punk, rebel look from the '70s/'80s but the pasty skin, purple-hued lips, and the puffy eyes (or the fact that Dante looks a bit dead) doesn't help to convey that look.

Neither is him with his gun pose against the sun; that's just getting pretentious. =/

This would have been badass if this was a extreme-action interpretation of the Crow though.
