Hydrophobia - Get wet or dive trying! (Both Pure and Prophecized)
The cover system has been improved, and combat is now possible from climbing points. The game is said to have a "proper, dramatic new ending", with an expanded storyline. There are new voice actors, too.
Oh, fuck you DED. So I got a non-finished game? Not amused.

I assume, similar to last time, this means we'll be getting the title patched? Because I am not buying the game again to see how they finished that cutscene.
Then I at least want a money off voucher. I'd more than a little annoyed that they essentially sold a beta version of the game, and now they've finished it, they expect me to buy it again.
I'll probably pick this up when the PSN is back up, looks relevant to my interests and it's another game I can dust off the Move for. It's been sitting on my shelf doing nothing since I completed Killzone 3.
^ I think it'd be a bit too hard to patch 70% new content. That's like patching RE1 with REmake stuff (as it was 70% new content).
Not exactly. DED are using the same engine. Of course it's a lot of data, but it can be done; since Xbox's DLC and Arcades size limit is no longer a problem. The issue here would be if they're going to charge owners of the original for an upgrade.

Microsoft handled publishing of the XBLA version. When Prophecy was first popping up on ratings boards, it was listed as a title to be published by Microsoft.
After that, it was announced as the PC/PSN version of the game. This followed by twitter comments and such about how it basically being up to Microsoft whether or not they'd be able to do Prophecy on the 360 (new re-release, DLC, patch, whatever. Some games can pull patches from game folder instead of cache now and I'm still amazed by how much the Pure patch changed for being such a tiny package).
Anyway, as far as the original ending goes: Sure, it was abrupt and straight out sucked (with no real build up, other than maybe the firefight, har har, before you got to that area). But, of course, they did after all say that it'd be an episodic trilogy-ish affair (didn't the original product description also say this?), but so far there's been like no signs of the sequel being anywhere on the nearby horizon (but I guess the two large updates to the base game are to be seen as good)
Launching a game is always a frantic, exciting time, especially when you are a small, close-knit team. The Playstation Network launch of Hydrophobia Prophecy on 2 November is no exception; in fact we're even more excited than usual to have it launch as Game of the Month on PlayStation Plus, and we're really grateful to [...]
Cannot complain a new game being free. Except maybe if it makes me feel sick like the XBLA demo version.
