  • Red Dead Undead

Is there any game out there that dosn't now feature zombies?

If like me, too many zombies are NEVER ENOUGH! The 'Year of the Undead' continues...

    This looks pretty damn cool.

I still havn't finished Red Dead Redemption and none of the previous DLC has interested me, because it's all multi-player stuff.
I'll definitely be getting this one!

Meh. This looks kind of interesting, but once I finished the game's main singleplayer and got kicked in the dick by the ending, I really didn't feel like playing the game again. At all. I know it has tons of replay value, but I just lost all interest in it after that ending.

Question for those who have beaten it:

^ Probably the same thing will happen that happens once you beat the single player.

This may have been more interesting....had Dead Rising 2 not come out a few days ago. It looks fun though. I may try it later, but not on release.

Sooooo amazing. It's separate from the main game altogether, it's so much fun. Then there's the new online zombie horde mode. Won't spoiler, but I will say... the story may be better in the main story, but the gameplay here is tons more fun.

CR29, the Jack and John Marston thing doesn't matter. Undead Nightmare is non-canon so it exists perfectly fine alongside the single player, two different timelines.

^ Yeah, plus you get new goodies. Torch, holy water, bait, and more importantly, the Blunderbuss (<3). This entire campaign is so long... then, again, the online components are awesome, with zombie characters (Zombie Ricketts!) and the new horde mode. Rockstar did a great job.

Nothing like riding around on a horse and running into zombies to set them on fire.

Is it really that fun? I was extremely bored with Red Dead (didn't get very far at all), but was turned off to buying this due to every other game this generation having some iteration of a horde/mercenaries-esque zombie mode as Skunky said.

Maybe I'll check this out. Is it more to being holed up in a room and fighting off swarms?
If you read this, you wasted five seconds of your life.

Hell yeah the Undead Pack is greatgod it's so much fun the main story is long I've spent over 5 hours on it but I have spent evan more time on Zombie Overuned so much fun.

My freinds keep saying if GTA4 ever got a Zombie DLC they would be complete not sure my self but I think it's an intresting idea.

100%'d Undead Nightmare last night. It's a mixed bag in fairness.

Some of the missions just felt to me like single player spins on multiplayer game types. The story is rushed. Not enough variation in the rescue missions.

And just as soon as the story starts to build momentum and get a bit interesting, the game is over. And over in the most ridiculous, nonsensical manner.

^ You know this isn't expected to be taken very seriously, right?

Though I do agree about the missions being pretty unvaried. Even so, however, I did like how they did a little spin on the main game's stuff (missing persons vs. bounties and stuff like that).
