Anyone else a bit excited for it?
I'm mostly excited because we're getting Kain Highwind (Final Fantasy IV), now we're getting Laguna Loire (Final Fantasy VIII) and we're also technically getting Sorceress Edea Krammer (Ultimecia alternative set) another from VIII, Basch fon Ronsenburg (Gabranth alternative set) from XII.
I don't particularly care for Tifa as VII gets quite a lot of use from Square, but I must admit - I wasn't expecting them to sneak in Laguna let alone an Edea variation given the plot of their game of origin.
Not to mention the world map of the first Final Fantasy, looks like enhanced PS1 graphics (reminded me greatly of VIII's world map) that we can go over.
That, and the remixes/arrangements they've displayed so far I've really loved!
I'm glad they're keeping the original content, and adding onto it to it but also allowing us to import our first Dissidia saves.
It may seem silly, but I'm enjoying the factor of Square loving the PSP next year. x3
