Hopefully any lost stats will be recovered I had that happen after the Left4Dead1 patch for the Sacrifice on the 360 I was fairly pissed cause I was working up my Genocide and Gib-Fest tallies but they fixed it and my totals returned with the next update . . . what versions is everyone on? My copy still hasn't arrived yet from Amazon

Well the game fucked me over again LOL. I got to Act 3 and level 25. I boot up the game again and I'm greeted to Act 2 and lvl 23. I'm heavily considering taking this game back, having to do missions over and over again due to save bugs is tedious and frustrating.

Damn that's a pain in the ass, i've not encountered anything like that....yet,
One thing I am finding a pain though is how retarded the respawn points are, one respawn had me surrounded by zombies who instantly wiped half my health bar down I don't know if its part of the game design to keep the whole survival idea going or its just being badly done =/

...I can't even play the game. For some reason the patch just won't download. It gets to maybe 30%, grinds to a hault, and won't budge. And my PS3 won't actually let me play it without the patch. I'm not sure if the issue is the PS3, the PS3 network or the patch itself - my network is fine, that much I know. And I managed to download the Ripper schematics in seconds.

Gonna choke someone. Gonna like it.

Luckily I don't have my xbox connected to live if the patch is making things worse, its why I never update to a patch as soon as it comes out (learned all this with fallout new vegas) I can't believe how many people are having problems with this though, all I can say is I hope they get things fixed soon so that everyone can play.

Oh, I'm sure the patch will help - but I can't get the patch, and can't play until I get it.

What happens if you decline the patch? I've never had a game not run if I decline a patch, though if you do you can no longer be signed into PSN while playing.

Blue jeans? Check! Ripped shirt? Check! Bubbly mutating flesh dominating one half of the torso? Check! It's a surprising comparison for sure, more than simply coincidence I think. It has to be noted though that the zombie genre is almost built around parodying and referencing one another, so it's not surprising to see these sort of similarities, and you can make a lot of references to other zombie media, not just 1.5. It is however a little surprising to see 1.5 William Birkin walking down the beach on a hot summers day. There are a few other little touches I thought were very 1.5 ish, however it would require me taking photos or hooking up my capture equipment while replaying the game from the beginning, so I can't really be bothered with that right now. I'm sure those playing it will pick up on these touches though, whether they were intentional by the developers or not.

And yes, I got it working. For some reason my wireless system is playing up - switched the cable from my 360 to my PS3 and it worked fine. Irritating, but not the end of the world.

I quite like it so far. I'm level 12 and just recently hit act 2. Getting screwed over by those damn thugs though.

One minor annoyance. I've accomplished the requisite requirements for Karma-Geddon EIGHT times now. The game claims I've unlocked the trophy. The stats page under Extras shows I have the trophy unlocked. PSN says I don't. Every time I reload my save, my progress on Karma-Geddon is reset to 0/50.

Fix it, Deep Silver. I really want to platinum this game. But I can't because you suck at bug-fixing.

Found another bug this time its a complete wtf situation, Climbed up a ladder in the city area and all of a sudden I lose health I look around and there is nothing up on the roof, so i'm thinking well maybe one of the zombies threw something at me so I look down and none of them have the ability to do that since the street is pretty much infested with Spoiler:
