    Couldn't agree more.

      Talk about some

You can't get off your lazy asses to give fans something they want, so you wait around like carnivorous vultures and pull the plug right when their years of hard work come to fruition. Bastards.

Probably because hardcore Sonic fans have been notorious for HATING Sega's treatment of the franchise in recent years and make even the most depressed and distrustful RE fans look like docile sheep. If they took away their fan based projects, they most likely WOULD burn their HQ down lol.

I read this on TheSixthAxis and even though I wasn't too interested in the project, I think it's a real dick move from Sega. Apparently the people working on this contacted Sega when the project was first announced, then Sega wait until the project is completed before canning it?

Not like Sega have done anything good as of late, they're struggling to get by as a simple publisher these days, publishing games developed by better companies. Sonic went tits up and they know it, now they're re-releasing their old Mega Drive classics to rekindle nostalgia.
        See you in hell.

That's probably where all their creative energies were placed.
